Reconstruction and extension of a multi-family residential building
OBJECT
Historic tenement house. Traditional brick structure made of solid brick. 18th-century brick barrels in the basement. Klein steel-ceramic above-ground ceilings supplemented with reinforced concrete slabs. The wooden roof truss was replaced with a steel-wood one.
