The construction process is accompanied by the LKR Projekt office, which implements executive, and workshop designs and optimizes basic design solutions.

To identify the specificity of a given issue, design work is preceded by the preparation of a technical expert opinion based on local visits, outcrops, measurements and tests, as well as static and strength analyzes of the structure.

The experience gained is the result of implementing projects in the construction industry as part of the reconstruction of historic buildings, construction of halls with steel structures, service and residential buildings.

The design team is supported by specialists in acoustic engineering, monument conservation and fire safety.
